Calculator data
Every calculator on SOFTYTOOLS runs entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Numbers you enter — account balances, prices, percentages, or any other figure — are processed on your own device only. They are never transmitted to our servers, never logged, and never stored, unless you explicitly submit a form (see below).
Local preferences
We use your browser's local storage to remember two preferences on this device only: your light/dark theme choice and your selected display currency on the Calculator page. This information stays on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Contact and Request a Tool forms
If you submit the Contact form or the Request a Tool form, the information you provide (such as your name, email address and message) is sent to our team in order to respond to you. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (such as which pages are visited) so we can improve the site. Any analytics in use will be disclosed here with the specific provider and what it collects once configured for this deployment.
